When making a reservation and paying a deposit, the State of Florida requires this license according to Chapter 559.927. The license number should appear on all published documents and advertisements

As a 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation, Winterfest and Five Flags Trolley Company are in business to serve the community of Northwest Florida.

Five Flags Trolley Company is licensed to do business by Escambia County, Florida, and registered with the state as a Fictitious Name of Winterfest of Pensacola, Inc.
