What are the different group sizes for?

A large family can fit in a photo with Santa on our new photo set. If you want to set up different groups of family members, you may need an additional reservation to reserve enough time.

The standard session includes one pose and is great for a family with one or two kids. A larger family or group of friends can opt for a two pose session, and an extended family group can opt for a four-pose session. Different session sizes are available at different times, so be sure to select your group size before settling on a time.

Your reservation is nonrefundable

If you are unable to make your reservation, we would be pleased to make a new reservation for you or apply the cost of your reservation towards another Winterfest event. Change fees may apply, please call for details.

Times are approximate

We will do our best to accommodate you at the exact time of your reservation. Santa takes his time with each child he visits, so if he is visiting with other guests at your reserved time there may be a delay of several minutes.

No intoxication or disruptive behavior

Winterfest reserves the right to exclude disruptive persons from the Santa photos area to preserve Christmas cheer for our guests

Pet Photos

In order to preserve an allergen-free environment for Santa's visitors and ensure pet safety, Santa will not be able to take photos with pets in his sleigh.
